Fighting with almost every atom of their strength, the Gunners' hardwork paid off. Having crucified Portuguese team, FC Porto, 4-0, Arsenal strolled their way up the top of Group G.
Fantastic goals from the prolific Dutch and Togo strike duo, 2 goals each from Robin Van Persie and Emmanuel Adebayor, they proved that the young team hold a high chance of lifting the UEFA champions league title.
In the 31st minute, prolific Spaniard playmaker, Francesc Fabregas, delivered an unexpected pass to Emmanuel Adebayor, who dashed down the right side of the penalty area that tempted the charge of the opposing goalkeeper. Aedbayor, with great reflexes, passed the ball into the central region of the penalty area upon seeing teammate Robin Van Persie charging forward. Van Persie slides and rush the ball into the back of the net. Arsenal's French coach, Arsene Wenger who served Arsenal for 12 years, jumped with jubilation at that moment.
In less than 10 minutes later, Emmanuel Adebayor doubled Arsenal's lead with an unstoppable header from a cross from a corner kick by his dexterous strike partner Robin Van Persie.
At half time, Arsenal's 2-0 lead partially secured their 3 points in the champions league group stage.
The second half kicks off and marvelously, in just 3 minutes, the Flying Dutchman, Van Persie scored his second of the game. 18 year old Theo Walcott, who was renowned for the hattrick he scored in one of the world cup qualifying rounds for England, passed the ball from the edge of the penalty area to Van Persie, who raced down the penalty area despite the tight marking by opposing defenders. With accuracy and quick thinking, Van Persie slided the ball past the keeper and it rolled into the back fo the net. Then it is 3-0 to Arsenal.
In the 65th minute, Van Persie and new record breaking signning Samir Nasri, was substituted by Niklas Bentner and Emmanuel Eboue respetively.
In the 70th minute, Niklas Bentner was tripped in the opponent's penalty area. The refree ran towards the penalty area nodding his head showing his agreement that it is a penalty kik for Arsenal while he blew his whistle.
Having their first choice penalty taker, Robin Van Persie, resting on the bench at that moment, second choice penalty taker, Emmanuel Adebayor gunned the ball towards the bottom right corner of the goalpost. There it is, number 4 for Arsenal.
In the 71st minute, English youngster, Theo Walcott, was substituted by Mexican Wonder Boy, Carlos Vela, another fantastic youngster who scored an hattrick recently at Sheffield United for the Carling Cup. The Mexican kiddo displayed his mercurial speed and great control of the ball in the final few minutes as he race past several defenders in the last few minutes.
At the 90th minute, the refree's whistle sounded across the Emirates stadium, declaring the end of the game. The 11 gunners marched triumphantly about the pitch, shaking hands with opponents and getting support from crowds. This victory drew a smile on Arsene Wenger's face, since the defeat of Arsenal by the mdeiocre Hull City in the last premiership game.

ok...today...hhmmmm....i went to school for intensive pw??
then i was sleeping for 1hr during pw lessons..mr ng was so vexed when he saw tt...then he toyed with my ear to wake me up...then i shove him away and continued sleeping...cos like tt time kelvin and jiaxin talking about the op sldies...doesnt concerns me...so i ahve nth to do...so i slept what...nothing wrong what...zzz...
then mr ng gave us childrens' day gift..then there is animal bookmarksthen as predicted by jermyn adn the rest of the boys...i took the COW...cos they knew tt i always like to link things to cow...
for example...when they suan me:"wah...kendrick gay sia"....then i will reply:"i gay?? wth??? i rather get sodomised by a cow etc etc"

ok...then today..after school...jermyn and i struggled while deciding where to go
so in the end...we went to american club...we played pool...he won 2 matches...i won 1...haha..the 1 match i won....50% of the balls are accidentally whacked in by jermyn la...then like 40% of the time he gave me free balls la..haha so tai ko...then we played table tennis while he sprouted jokes that we watched on youtube trying to force me to lose my focus in the game...
then we stripped and wore pants and dived into the bloody deep 2.7m swimming pool!...i thought it is damn shallow and iwhen i jumped...i couldnt feel the ground and almost drowned!!!!
ok..then after tt we went to some random shopping centre in orchard for mac...he ps me la...eat ice cream...then i eat nugget...zzzz
then after tt i took 700 home..he took 143 i think?
then go home...then we later meeting on msn to watch soccer online!! arsenal vs fc porto!!! arsenal will trash the hell out of the useless portuguese club!! furthermroe...they lost quaresma!!!

haiz...a disappointing night for me...after typing the previous post...i linger online for about 3 hours...and i found life's meaninglyess and boring...and went to sleep....i woke up at 11pm and came to my computer and surf internet while waiting for 12.30am to arrive...12.30am it is...i switched to the online live soccer telecast and watched arsenal vs hull city...arsenal actually lost to such a mediocre team...whats worse is arsenal scored 1 goal via hull ctiy's blooper own goal...while hull city owned arsenal with proper header and a far shot...wth...i was so devastated...jermyn and i watched the online telecast together and we criticised adebayor throughout the gameon msn...cos adebayor missed hell lots of chances...arsenal is playing well...but hull city's keeper i good...he denied alot of shots miraculously...kolo toure even missed a shot when he is directly in front of the goal post...with a left foot strike...if he were to use his right foot...i guess...arsenal can at least draw a point from this game?...
damn it...arsenal lost the lead...as usual...mikael silvestre didnt manage to debut for arsenal yesterday...
van persie played well...fabregas played fairly well...
adebayor sucks yesterday...he missed alot of chances...walcott is damn solo yesterday...action action before attempting to pass which passes are too late and are denied by city's rooted defence
so disappointing...arsenal is supposed to draw 3 points and maintain their lead on the epl...now chelsea and liverpool are leading...and tis a matter of time for the useless devils to catch up...

its saturday....promos is over...i am carefree...but i hate this feeling...the feeling of nth to do at home...then all my soccer friends all went their seperate ways except for syarif and i still dying to play soccer together...so soccer plans for weekends...rejected...
then tt stupid jermyn whole day stay at home...lazy come out....cooking excuses like:"aiya...see..now very hot...i cant come out...OR i outside with my mum OR i got swimming later OR aiya choa chu kang very far leh"...zzzz....
so i went to gym followed by swimming followed by sauna and spa(not the sci pract assesssment la...this is the real spa)
haha...trained at gym...my muscular legs (tigh calf) maintained its dexterity...but my chest and arm muscles went flabby....then i did 2 sets of excersies for each muscles...leg weights (450 pounds) arm weights (150 pounds) pull up (eh...forgot how much support)
haha then damn song ah...after sweating it out at the gym...i dived into the pool and swim...my legs ached like hell<--(hehe...hell...only physics students of ajc may know this)...then at the end of the day<---(i think my classmate should know what it means)....swim like hell...so song
then agfter swimming...i threw my body into the hot sauna and spa...zzz...then after warming my body./..i jumped into the cooling pool again...so shiok...
then after all these...i went to eat some...what beef teryaki beef rice set....woah...the beef slices...so much tt i have to eat 2 bowls of rice to finish the entire plate!!!!!
ok...then after tt...i took a bus home...saw quite alot of cute girls on the way...reached home...switched on comp....play neopets(lol?) and updated my blog

haiz...today is so stress...but i finally finished the physics mcq quizes...
i am on the verge of mental breakdown...feel demoralised upon peaking at my physics tutorial questions...i am going to score badly for promos...dont know what to do...
to de-stress...i played with the 5 big crabs my dad bought...it has been long since he last cooked crabs for us...he seldom return home from overseas...now tt he is back...he is cooking his trademark dish...chili crab for us!!
haha...then i was playing with the crabs for the entire afternoon...grabbing thier claws...hammering its shell lightly with my knuckles...
haiz....promo...scary...i will be looking forward to the carefree day after promo and a level...i will wanna go some of my kranji soccer friends' de house to stay overnight...to watch champions league there...watching ARSENAL's endless triumphs in their pursue of the champions league title...

haha..today..nth much...but slept at 10pm yesterday...woke up at 1pm today...then called jermyn and asked if he is going school...then 15minutes later i went to sleep AGAIN...then woke up at 4pm...then came online to find my darling...but to no avail...her cousin dragged her away....to play fire somemore...zzzz...then my phone keeop spoiling...so i transfer files between my V3 and my k750 so that i have backup files here and there....then i transfered many interesting videos (like jermyn mimicking ms leung wai tung) and pictures (some funny ones)....
haha...tomorrow is a very impt day...it is mid autum?? NAH....mid autum is so lame...tomorrow is my darling's birthday =D

he is more concerned about our project work than some of us do....
he sacrificed alot of his private time into amending our project work instead of flirting with his friends or other female teachers =P (hehe...jermyn started it)

then when he knew i lived in bp...and it is far away from amk...he told me to email him my eom instead of travelling all the way just to see him for 10minutes... damn nice ah?

yesterday, it is an extremely awkward afternoon for me.
because i was on the bus. then there is this horizontal bar for you to support onto on bus...then there is this gorgeous office lady...she was sitting directly in front of this support...the bus jerked...my hands slipped off the support and i knocked into her thigh...and i was like :"OMG..OPPS...SORRY!!"...then the lady was smiling at me mercifully...replying:"haha...its ok"
i was like...phew....luckily she has a heart of gold...like my KRISTEN!!

oh ya...my econs common test...did quite well...i wanna thank some of my friends in helping me in clinching such splendid results...firstly...wanna thank ms kat for teaching so well...secondly...i wanna thank chan wan er for teaching me alot of stuffs on mkt structure online....thirdly...my prolific classmates like sai bowen and onzen....thats why i love issac newton's quote...i can see further by standing on shoulders of giants....thanks to these giants...i got some awesome results...but our class did relatively well....some who did not do well just lack alittle more details and there their A's will be...

hi all...those who read my previous post....i am truly sorry about the content...i did it out of a pique...i apologise to those who are offended...esp amy/ami and my 2308 classmates...for those who dont know trhe content of it...then dont bother to care to find the truth for the content of the previous post....
haha...i just began tio love my class alot...cos it is becoming mroe and more reputable in ajc...we are one of the smartest class in ajc...i dare to guarantee this fact....the ajc econs top scorers....around 12 names...2 are other classes...and 10 are all 2308's!!! we are the most zai class in ajc!! mr chan is confident that 90% of us can get A s for physics!!! so andrew and jermyn(councillor and volleyball player) must break the other 10% de curse!!! then for mye...top 15 students? eh around 7 are all from my class sia!!!
